These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, games, and other products offered by Mudbug Software, LLC ("Mudbug Software," "we," "us"), including Mudbug Bourré (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Virtual currency and payments

Our games may use a virtual, in-game currency ("Mudbug$"). Mudbug$ and any virtual items are a limited license to access game features. They are for entertainment only and:

have no cash or monetary value, and are not money, credit, or any equivalent;
cannot be redeemed, cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for real money, prizes, or anything of value;
are non-transferable and remain owned by Mudbug Software, licensed to you for use within the Services only.

Where we offer the ability to purchase Mudbug$, you are paying a fee for the right to use game features — not buying an asset, wagering, or entering any game of chance for a prize. All purchases are for that usage right only. Purchases are final except as required by applicable law or as stated at the time of purchase. Prices and offerings may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; cheat, exploit, or interfere with the Services or other players; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; reverse engineer or disrupt the Services; or use the Services to harass or harm others.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Mudbug Software or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except the limited license above.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mudbug Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Louisiana.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
